Thank you for supporting Maz Originals. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All sales are final
All products are made‑to‑order through our printing partner. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mazoriginals@gmail.com with:

We will work with our printing partner to send a free replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at mazoriginals@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Original artworks
Original paintings are not yet available. A separate policy will be added when originals launch.
