Thank you for supporting Maz Originals. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Order Processing

All products are made‑to‑order through our printing partner. Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping.

Processing times may be longer during holidays or high‑volume periods.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery windows:

  • Canada: 5–15 business days

  • United States: 4–13 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.


Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Some small items (like certain stickers) may ship without tracking depending on the provider.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. Maz Originals is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at mazoriginals@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Replacements may be issued depending on the carrier’s findings.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging

We will work with our printing partner to send a free replacement.

Original Artworks

Original paintings are not yet available. A separate shipping policy will be added when originals launch.
