Welcome to Maz Originals. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

Maz Originals is an online art shop based in Canada. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page.

2. Products

We currently sell made‑to‑order prints and stickers fulfilled through our printing partner. Product colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing processes.

Original artworks are not yet available. Additional terms will be added when originals launch.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our printing partner. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or redirect the package.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement.

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information on the site is error‑free. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:

• violating any laws

• attempting to hack or disrupt the website

• copying or redistributing our artwork without permission

All artwork on this site is protected by copyright.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maz Originals is not responsible for:

• delays caused by shipping carriers

• lost packages due to incorrect addresses

• damages caused after delivery

• unauthorized use of your account or payment method

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
